How We May Use and Share Your Information
As permitted by applicable law, LabDashers may use or disclose protected health information for treatment and care coordination, payment, healthcare operations, and uses or disclosures required or permitted by law. For uses or disclosures that require written authorization, LabDashers will obtain that authorization.
Your Choices
